Our design services and development process

1. We start a new project with a discovery call with your team. We learn about your business, your target audience, your website goals and requirements, and your budget. On this call, we also define the scope of work and develop a project brief together.
2. We send you the brief for review and validation along with our estimates. At this stage, we'll share our view on the project timeframes and costs. We make a deal.
3. We start researching your business and target audience deeper. We develop client personas together with your team that we'll be using throughout the project to keep the focus on actual goals. We also develop the sitemap and your end-user journey maps at this stage.
4. We develop the website interactive wireframe in Figma - a web design tool. The wireframe is a grey website skeleton that allows us to test together the functional elements of your website before we start designing.
5. We get your approval on the wireframe and start designing the user interface in Figma. We create a design system that includes typeface, color palette, iconography and other graphic assets examples. And we present you the design.
6. We get your approval on the design and start developing the website on Webflow. We keep it pixel-perfect according to the design file. We enhance it with custom interactions to make your website look dynamic and lively.
7. We test your brand-new website together and make corrections. When it's ready for launch, we set up a custom domain name and publish it live. Also, we teach you how to use it and make any copy and image updates.
8. We also can make a maintenance agreement at fixed or hourly rates for future website updates.
